Regal Consulting Engineers Inc. provided design of mechanical and electrical systems to support major additions and renovations at the restaurant.  New HVAC system was designed and installed to provide comfort conditions for the occupants at the restaurant.  The M&E design includes HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Lighting, Power and Fire Alarm upgrades.

Regal Consulting Engineers Inc. provided design of mechanical and electrical systems to support major additions and renovations to the commercial building at 211 Yonge Street.  New HVAC system was designed and installed to support the major renovations to approximately 12,000 SF of area on ground floor and roughly 5,000 SF on the upper mezzanine levels. The M&E design includes HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Lighting, Power and Fire Alarm upgrades.
