Regal Engineering provided engineering design services for new fire stations and EMS station for the county of Haldimand, Regal engineering teamed with Schilthuis Construction group for the Design Build Projects.  The new fire stations consists of truck bay, bunker gear, dormitory and administration offices for the staff and the new EMS Stations consists of ambulance bay and offices for the EMS Staff.

Regal was hired to provide design of mechanical and electrical systems for upgrades to the existing fire station 424 built in 1972.  This heritage building is renovated to house offices and dormitory for public education staff.

Mechanical design includes adding a central air-conditioning VRF system to meet the ventilation requirements of the building occupants and also to revise the existing plumbing and fire protection system for the entire building.

Electrical design included electrical upgrades to the existing lighting, external lighting, power and upgrades to the existing fire alarm system. A high end public address system was designed and installed for the heritage building.

Regal Consulting Engineers Inc. provided mechanical & electrical design and contract administration during construction period for a new 18000 sq. fire station for the Township of East Gwillimbury.  Mechanical & Electrical scope includes heating, cooling, ventilation as well as power, lighting and emergency power. Building automation system was designed to control the operation of the mechanical systems.
