Regal Consulting Engineers Inc. provided mechanical and electrical engineering design services for the replacement of the Air Handling Unit serving the Gymnasium and the Make Up air Unit serving the Kitchen, Regal also provided LED lighting retrofit for the secondary school. The existing building automation system was also upgraded to reflect the renovations to the secondary school.

Existing Boilers were replaced for the secondary school with energy efficient modern boilers, building automation system of the school was upgraded to reflect the changes to the heating system.

Regal Consulting Engineers Inc. provided the design of LED Lighting retrofit project for almost 30 schools for the board, Regal also designed high end digital lighting controls for the various schools, energy savings up to 50% was achieved due to the installation of the LED lighting and Digital controls, Regal also provided photometric study as per the requirements of the school board.
